    What is BiQu?
    A Chilean price monitoring and market intelligence platform for retail. Several times a day we collect prices, stock, catalog and delivery data from the leading online stores and deliver it in the platform, the Chrome extension and right inside Excel.
    Who is BiQu for?
    For the people who set prices every day: retailers and eCommerce teams comparing their catalog against the market, brands and suppliers controlling how their product is sold in every channel, and marketplace sellers who need to win the comparison at the decisive moment.
    Which categories and stores do you monitor?
    Pharmacies, department stores, home improvement, supermarkets, tech, beauty, marketplaces, apparel and more. If a store or category isn't covered, we add it for you — it's part of the service.
    How often is the data updated?
    It depends on the category: from once a day to several captures a day. And for high-turnover events like Cyber Day or Black Friday we increase the capture frequency for the categories that matter to you.
    How do you match products across different stores?
    With machine learning models that compare names, attributes and codes to find the equivalent product at each store, even when they don't share an EAN or SKU. Every match can be verified in the platform.
    How does the Excel connection work?
    Your spreadsheet connects directly to BiQu's data: prices and stock refresh on their own inside Excel, with no exporting or copy/paste. You can combine them with your costs and margins in the same spreadsheet you always use.
    Can I query BiQu from Claude or ChatGPT?
    Yes, if you're a BiQu customer. With our AI connector you link Claude or ChatGPT to your data and ask in plain language about prices, KPIs, assortment and competitor promotions. It's read-only, you only see your own retail data and access can be revoked instantly. We'll show you in the demo.
